We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not marked as final sale
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Final sale items
📦 How to Return
Email us at team@dwstn.cn with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — except when the item is defective or incorrect, in which case DWSTN covers the cost.
