What are DWSTN products made from?

We use premium materials chosen for performance: Grade 5 TC4 titanium, Sandvik 14C28N and 440C steels, layered Damascus, and real carbon fiber. Material details are listed on every product page.

Are your knives legal to own?

In the United States, owning most EDC folding knives is legal in the majority of states. Carry laws — especially concealed carry — vary by state and city. Please check your local regulations. We do not ship where possession is prohibited.

Do your products have a locking mechanism?

It depends on the model. The CRAWLER uses a frame lock; the YouChi is a non-locking design; the Dragon Roar uses a spring (OTF) lock. Lock type is specified on each product page.

How do I care for titanium and steel?

Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth after use. Keep the pivot clean and add a drop of light oil occasionally. Avoid harsh chemicals and dishwashers. Titanium naturally resists corrosion.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All DWSTN products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse, or disassembly are not covered. Contact support@dwstn.com with photos.

Can I get custom engraving?

Custom engraving is offered on select Kickstarter tiers. For store orders, email support@dwstn.com to ask about current availability.

How long until my order ships?

In-stock orders ship in 1–3 business days. You will get a tracking email once dispatched.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Shop Pay, PayPal, major credit cards, and Afterpay (installments) where available.

How do I track my order?

Track it directly from your order page: log in to your DWSTN account, open the order, and view live tracking there. A tracking link is also included in your shipping confirmation email. Allow 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide, except regions where bladed products are restricted by law. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you before charging or fulfilling.
