Refund & Warranty Policy

Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unsharpened, and returned in original packaging with all included accessories.

Return Conditions

• Blade must show no signs of use, sharpening, or modification
• Handle and hardware must be free of scratches, wear, or disassembly marks
• Original box, cloth bag, and documentation must be included
• Final sale items (discounted / limited editions) are not eligible for return

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Warranty: DWSTN products are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including blade integrity, pivot mechanism, and hardware failures under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, patina, or surface scratches
• Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or modification
• Blade damage from cutting inappropriate materials (e.g., metal, bone)
• Lost or stolen items
